We believe in finding the best solution for our customers. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit. This allows us to ensure you still receive a product you love while minimizing waste.

2. Refunds

While we prefer to resolve issues through exchanges or credits, we understand that sometimes a refund is the best option. If you're unsatisfied after trying to work out a solution, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

3. Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Custom or personalized items are final sale and may not be able to be returned.
