I’ve been using slim wallets for over 20 years and have gone through at least six different designs. After a long search, I finally found one that fits my needs, and it's likely the last wallet I’ll ever need. Even though my final choice may not suit everyone, there are many options available these days. The key is to make the switch from bulky to slim, and here's all of the things to consider.

Setbacks Then Progress

After some trial and error over many years, I found a wallet with three card slots, a license holder, and a cash pouch. It was close to perfect, but I still needed more card slots. Shopping on Amazon led me to a wallet with a cool design, but it didn’t offer much improvement in terms of space or functionality. I rotated between old wallets and even tried sticking a cardholder to the back of my phone, but then I switched to a folding phone, which eliminated that option.

The Perfect Find

While traveling abroad, I discovered a buffalo leather wallet that solved all of my problems. First and foremost it was a great looking and just looked so well made. It had six snug card slots and a space for emergency cash, all within a sleek, genuine leather design. No unnecessary bulk, just simplicity and functionality. Going fine leather was also a plus as it has aged as you appreciate good leather for doing and it hasn’t stretched at all, maintaining a snug fit on all cards.

Why I’m Selling Slim Wallets

This wallet finally allowed me to fully embrace a slim lifestyle. It fits comfortably in any pocket, and while I still use an extra wallet for cards I rarely need, this one has everything I use daily. It simply took me so long before I found this particular style and even if I have found a similar style, nothing has met the quality and craftsmanship.

I’ve struggled to find this exact design again, so I’m working on having one manufactured. My experience with cheap, inferior products on Amazon has driven me to provide a quality, functional wallet that could be the last one you ever need. Ease of life is the goal, and a slim wallet helps achieve that. It’s time to make the switch—GO SLIM!
